What are you going to do As a Construction Project Advisor - HME, you will be responsible for overseeing project documentation, investigating incidents, conducting quality leadership interactions in the field, and assisting project leads in controlling costs and executing site works efficiently. You will also establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, coordinate HME build pad locations, and work collaboratively with project leads throughout the project lifecycle.Essential skills and knowledge Requirements: Project Delivery and Contractor Management experience Previous experience working for a large mining business preferred Ability to coach, mentor, or supervise a team is essential Familiarity with heavy industry and HME is highly desirable Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Current and valid manual 'C Class' driver's license Self-motivated individual Must have current right to work in Australia to be considered for this role Benefits: 12 month contract with a tier one mining business Scope for extension 8:6 FIFO roster Access to salary sacrifice schemes i.e. novated leasing Discounts $68-90 per hour + super #J-18808-Ljbffr
