Australian Integrated Carbon (AiC) is at the forefront of carbon project development, helping businesses and landowners navigate the carbon market with transparency and precision. We are looking for a Project Analyst to join our team—someone who thrives on project scheduling, data analysis, and reporting to drive efficient project execution. About the Role As a Project Analyst , you will play a key role in managing project timelines, optimizing workflows, and ensuring data-driven decision-making. Your expertise in scheduling, reporting, and process improvement will be instrumental in keeping our projects on track and compliant with regulatory standards. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain project schedules , tracking key milestones and deliverables. Analyse project data , providing insights to improve efficiency and mitigate risks. Automate reporting and dashboards to enhance project tracking and performance visibility. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of carbon projects. Prepare regulatory reports in line with industry and Clean Energy Regulator requirements. Support the optimisation of processes to streamline project management. What We’re Looking For Experience in project scheduling (MS Project, Smartsheet, Primavera, or similar). Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau preferred). Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly to stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project challenges. Passion for sustainability and a desire to contribute to meaningful environmental projects. Why Join AiC?
