Add expected salary to your profile for insights Clicks IT Recruitment is working with a client on the hunt for a Project Communication Specialist.In this role, you will develop and execute strategic communication initiatives to support key programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and stakeholder interests. You will create engaging content across digital and internal channels, drive employee engagement for change initiatives, and deliver high-quality communication materials, including presentations, newsletters, and intranet updates.The Role: 12 Month contract. Hybrid - WFH / In office. The Responsibilities: Provide communication advice to support strategic communication objectives across various programs and projects. Develop, implement, and evaluate communication strategies and initiatives aligned with key priorities and stakeholder interests. Create communication plans and stakeholder engagement approaches to achieve program/project goals, monitor engagement activities, and measure outcomes against objectives. Develop, write, and edit digital content tailored to internal and external audiences. This includes e-newsletters, videos, intranet features, news stories, online publishing (SharePoint), and internal channels within the MS365 suite. Experience with MS Workplace, Yammer, or Viva Engage is beneficial. Communication materials also include project and stakeholder presentations, Town Hall presentations, and contributions to board presentations. Strong PowerPoint skills are essential. Develop and implement effective communication and engagement plans to support employee engagement for change initiatives across the business and broader organization. Design, create, and deliver high-quality communications for targeted audiences, using materials such as discussion packs, FAQs, and talking points. Key Skills: Develop and maintain engagement and communication plans, ensuring key milestones are supported with timely and effective communications. Collaborate with project managers, subject matter experts, internal stakeholders, and relevant teams to achieve engagement and communication objectives. Ensure internal and external stakeholders receive clear, high-quality communication that keeps them informed and engaged. Produce well-written, on-brand content that meets stakeholder needs. Maintain consistency in tone of voice, key messages, and themes across all communication channels. MUST HAVES: Experience working on large-scale, complex transformation projects and/or technology implementations in infrastructure, technology, or related sectors. Proven ability to develop and implement strategic communication and stakeholder engagement plans. Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to write clearly, concisely, and persuasively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with expert-level PowerPoint and Excel skills; familiarity with the latest digital communication tools and Adobe publishing is highly regarded.
