Job Description

CGC Recruitment are established experts in providing short term construction and engineering resources to main tier and mid-tier contractors. We have been approached by one of our clients to source a Site-based Electrical Project Engineer to work on a 6-month contract basis as part of a major water infrastructure project. The Project Team is well established, and this role will report into the Project Manager on site. Responsibilities will include: Procurement of equipment, material & subcontracts Day-to-day tracking of cost vs productivity for self-performed works Developing method statements and risk assessments Quality assurance: development of lot structure, ITP’s and compilation at completion The role will be joining the project as it heads into a critical stage of construction, so the expected contract length will be 6 months with scope for extension.
