We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Engineer to join our team, focusing on the design, installation, and maintenance of Acrow Screens and Jumpform systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale, technically challenging projects in the construction industry. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Coordination Develop and manage project plans for the deployment of Acrow Screens and Jumpforms, ensuring alignment with construction schedules. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and site supervisors to coordinate system designs and requirements. Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine optimal system configurations. Technical Expertise Prepare detailed engineering designs, drawings, and calculations for Acrow Screens and Jumpform systems. Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety standards, and engineering best practices. Oversee the assembly, installation, and commissioning of systems on-site, ensuring accuracy and safety. Quality & Safety Assurance Develop and implement safety procedures specific to formwork and screen operations. Conduct risk assessments and manage mitigation strategies during all project phases. Stakeholder Engagement Act as the primary technical contact for clients, addressing questions and resolving issues. Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment. Provide on-site technical support and training to construction teams as required. Project Reporting & Documentation Maintain comprehensive documentation, including designs, reports, and safety audits. Identify and address project variations or challenges proactively. Key Qualifications & Skills: Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in construction or formwork systems is advantageous but not essential. Technical Skills Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and structural analysis tools is advantageous but not essential. Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Additional Requirements Willingness to travel to project sites as needed. Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
