Job Description Join Our Brand New EPC Project Team as our Project HR Manager!Are you an experienced Project HR Manager with a proven track record in Joint Ventures and working within an EPC(M) environment? Do you excel in all phases of project startup, people and process management, and making sure that everything gets done? If so, we want you to bring your incredible leadership and getting the job done expertise to our brand new project team! Responsibilities Support for recruitment and workforce planning across the program Support to leadership in all HR matters HR strategy for the program Design relevant HR processes for the project Influencing and managing the client Producing all client deliverables Support managers with grievances, poor performance, investigations Basic Job Requirements Senior Resource with 20+ years of experience either directly for clients or on major EPCM programs/projects. Major resources client experiences will be an advantage.
