Position Overview Commencing April 2025 | Full time Fixed Term 9 mths (April to December 2025) Salary $150,827 - $167,579 + Super BCEO Woolloongabba Support and empower educators with the tools, resources, and clarity they need to confidently deliver Numeracy programs tailored to their unique contexts. We are seeking a dedicated Specialist Numeracy Project Lead to join our team and advance BCE's implementation of the Education Strategy through the Foundations for Success program. This role is pivotal in shaping educational practices and initiatives to enhance student engagement, progress, achievement, and well-being, with a strong focus on foundational Numeracy. You will drive strategic direction for BCE's Foundations for Success program, ensuring the implementation of evidence-based Numeracy practices that enhance student engagement, achievement, and well-being. About the Organisation Deliver high-impact outcomes supporting high-impact, evidence-informed pedagogical approaches. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to implement Numeracy initiatives. Provide strategic leadership and specialist Numeracy advice to influence best practices in teaching, aligning strategies with BCE’s Education Strategy priorities. Use advanced data analysis to guide Numeracy curriculum development and improve teaching and learning outcomes. Provide expert Numeracy advice and leadership for effective implementation of Numeracy initiatives. Develop, implement, and review strategic processes to achieve Numeracy outcomes. Share professional knowledge and expertise with stakeholders. Provide specialist advice and technical leadership in the development of best practices for Numeracy. About You Full registration with the Queensland College of Teachers Demonstrated successful delivery of project outcomes, including the capacity to analyse data to develop systems and practice Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve Numeracy outcomes. Problem-Solving: Address concerns and provide effective solutions. Deep understanding of Numeracy curriculum and best practices.
