Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Project Lead Technical Architect at designmilkstudio. The role involves overseeing project submittals, architectural design, project management, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), and Building Information Modeling (BIM). The Project Lead Technical Architect will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of architectural projects and ensuring their successful completion. Qualifications Architecture skills Architectural Detailing to meet NCC and AS ( Australia ) BIM Manager Lead Construction Certification Documentation Experience in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work independently and remotely Experience in cross-cultural communication and international project management is a plus Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Employment Type Contract Job Function Design, Art/Creative, and Information Technology Industries Architecture and Planning #J-18808-Ljbffr
