About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader in the Operational Technology (OT) space, specifically within IT Networking and Communications, to join the Bexton Cloud & Infrastructure Practice. This role is ideal for someone who has experience leading an IT/OT team or providing architectural oversight to IT/OT Networking & Comms technical teams. You will work with a prominent client in the utilities sector, providing expertise in OT communications technologies and designs, with a strong focus on team leadership and architectural guidance. Responsibilities Provide technical leadership across OT infrastructure and networking operations. Guide and mentor technical teams, fostering skill development and best practices. Design and implement robust OT network architectures to meet business and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute OT communication strategies. Support the GM of IT in aligning OT initiatives with broader IT and business goals. Oversee the integration of OT systems with enterprise IT infrastructure. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in OT infrastructure and security. Ensure compliance with industry standards and cybersecurity protocols. Skills and Experience Extensive experience in Operational Technology, IT Networking, and Infrastructure. Strong technical leadership and mentorship capabilities. Hands-on experience in OT communications, networking, and security. Proven ability to transition from technical execution to technical leadership. Experience working in the telecommunications, utilities, or critical infrastructure sectors is highly desirable. Strong understanding of OT network architectures, protocols, and technologies. Proven experience working with and influencing large scale managed service vendors. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to lead complex initiatives, troubleshoot, resolve issues collaboratively, and drive continuous improvement. Why Join Bexton?
