Project Manager – Immediate Start $140,000 – $160,000 Company: Small Family Run BusinessCulture Fit: Based in the office with opportunity for WFHReporting to: Operations Manager About the Role We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our team, a leading provider of commercial facade solutions. In this full-time role based in Dandenong South, VIC, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of complex commercial facade projects from start to finish. What You’ll Be Doing Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of all aspects of commercial facade projects Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively to minimise disruptions Provide regular progress reports and updates to the project team and clients Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety requirements Mentor and provide guidance to junior project team members What We’re Looking For Significant experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in the construction or facade industry Strong technical knowledge of commercial facade systems and construction practices Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver complex projects Effective communication and stakeholder management skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to navigate challenges Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety requirements Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g., project management, construction, engineering) What We Offer We are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
