Highrise Mechanical is a commercial HVAC contracting business in Melbourne, expanding into South Australia with a new branch in Adelaide! We are ready to hit the ground running, securing full mechanical services packages of over $2.5m with three multi-residential apartment buildings in Adelaide, working with award-winning architects and builders in SA. With this expansion, we are looking for a PROJECT MANAGER to help strengthen our team to achieve the company goals and embrace our core values! This role is a stepping stone to progress to State Operations Manager or similar roles in the future. Your role will include: Leading a team of tradesmen in executing the full mechanical scope for commercial projects. Managing all major projects, ensuring all work is completed on time, to budget, and to the highest level of quality. Collaborating with the Melbourne team, sub-contractors, builders, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Ensuring health and safety responsibilities are met. Upholding our core values of culture, accountability, and reliability, fostering a positive, high-functioning, enjoyable work environment within the Adelaide branch. Overseeing budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing using Procore and current HIGHRISE company software. Building long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, contractors, and builders. Interviewing and hiring staff as required. What we need from you: Proven experience in HVAC project management. Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail. A practical, problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet. Proficient leadership skills. Take pride in your work and go the extra mile to ensure tasks are completed by the due date. Open to traveling to Melbourne for training and seminars if required. Experience in commercial construction is highly desirable.
