Project Manager – Multi Storey Apartment and Low-Rise Retirement Living The Construction Division of a 100% Australian Owned Retirement Developer / Builder / Operator needs a PM to look after projects over $10m each. New Build Projects over $10m in the Camden Valley and Illawarra region. Client interviewing NOW – Start ASAP. Permanent Role. Established over 25 years ago, our client is a highly successful 100% Australian owned private Developer / Builder / Owner Operator of upmarket Retirement Living Villages / Gated Communities in the Camden Valley / Illawarra / Shoalhaven regions of NSW. They currently have a mix of projects under various stages of construction in the Camden Valley / Illawarra / Shoalhaven regions of NSW with several more under design stages in various regional NSW locations. These include a mix of High-Rise Apartments and Low-Rise residential projects with communal amenities such as libraries, cafes, gymnasiums, and pools – all with construction values more than $10m each. Due to continued growth and expansion plans, they are now actively looking to engage a seasoned Project Manager who can successfully deliver projects such as the above within Time, Cost and Quality. Based in modern offices in the Camden Valley / Oran Park / Campbelltown area and reporting directly to the general manager of Construction, the successful candidate is likely to have: Unrestricted work rights in Australia. Sorry – No overseas candidates. At least five plus years Australian experience delivering similar projects within Time, Cost and Quality. Please provide project details on your application. Experience with MS Project, Cheops, Procore, Nexvia, Aconex, Hammertech, or similar will be highly regarded. Current White Card. Ability to work in a collaborative manner with all parties – this includes a current team of 25 plus staff. Ability to identify risk and opportunity. Checkable References. Outstanding oral and written communication skills. Ability to pass pre-employment medicals and police checks if required. From time to time, regional travel will be required.
