Freshtrack is a world leader in Horticulture and Aquiculture supply chain B2B, traceability, and compliance solutions. We are a small company but growing rapidly. What are our Products? Our Freshtrack Cloud is a SaaS platform that provides clients with turnkey end-to-end solutions from paddock or pond to plate using the very latest cutting-edge technologies built from over 30 years of industry experience across multiple different farming systems. Freshtrack Cloud is now at the end of its development cycle and was officially released in July 2024. Freshtrack Cloud is replacing our legacy solutions that have evolved since 1991. We are looking for someone multitalented in Sales, Systems Design, Procurement, and Project Management in the software/SaaS space. You must have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to communicate with large corporates as well as small family farm businesses. B2B, Supply chain, and/or Farming System experience will be a distinct advantage. What will be your roles? Marketing Assistant Contribute to the evolution and implementation of our marketing plan.Contribute creatively with the content of banners, editorials, advertisements, brochures, social media news feeds, website content, and regular newsletters.Liaise with external consultancies to rapidly implement our Marketing Plan.Assist in the planning and preparation of marketing campaigns to target specific market segments, e.g., berry growers and mango growers, usually in the lead-up to specific industry events. Sales Attend industry events and assist with social media, direct phone, and email sales efforts. Systems Design Learn the wide range of different farming systems to allow you to design and recommend a mix of solutions for prospective clients that align with their processes and workflow and maximize their returns.Make on-site visits to prospective clients to determine the scope and scale of project requirements, identify the optimum workflow, propose the most suitable hardware, 3rd Party software/systems integration requirements, and the best mix of FreshTrack Cloud Modules required to build a turnkey solution.Liaise with our Development Manager if new required features and/or functionalities are identified during the scoping process. Project Management You will be the primary customer contact from sales through to project commissioning.Collaborate with our development, installation, commissioning, and support teams to help ensure each project runs smoothly and on schedule through to post-installation and commissioning. Where will I work? Work from home using virtual office tools, with occasional QLD or WA Office meetings (3 or 4 per year). Domestic and international industry trade show events (3 or 4 a year). Occasional on-site presentations and scoping meetings for prospective large/corporate customers. Technologies required: Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Project Management, and/or Systems Analysis. 1 to 2 years of experience in the sales and/or marketing of software or SaaS products. Must have previous, proven sales, system design, marketing, and/or project management success. Excellent verbal, written, comprehension, listening, and presentation skills. Excellent people, collaboration, and management skills. You must be energetic, ambitious, have a strong drive, hungry to learn, and have a willingness to work hard, and like lots of money. #J-18808-Ljbffr
