Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.Please visit our website: Job Description Our team is looking for a project manager to deliver a mix of technical building services projects (electrical, HVAC, hydraulic, fire systems, BMS, etc.) and architectural/retail/fitout projects in operating and occupied buildings. We are uniquely skilled and support our clients through the process of identifying, assessing feasibility of, designing, and delivering these technical upgrade/CAPEX projects. Leading the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters. Planning and managing quality, safety, health and environment issues on projects. Risk identification and management. Establishing effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilized throughout project. Project planning, including ensuring the production of the detailed project plan. Advising upon the procurement of contractors and consultants. Co-ordinating with the overall cross-functional project team. Managing the change control process. Monitoring and advising upon project finances. Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications. Ensuring the production of formal project progress and other reports. Taking a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages. Stakeholder management, understanding client key requirements and communicating/reporting accordingly. Managing the tender process and producing tender recommendations. Marketing and business development activities. Internal management activities including financial management and quality processes and procedures. Qualifications Tertiary qualification in a relevant engineering field or project management, or relevant industry experience in building services and construction (Builder, Contract administration, Electrical, HVAC, Security, BMS, Fire, Hydraulic, etc). Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management who can deliver projects autonomously with senior support. Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
