Are you a highly skilled Project Manager with a passion for delivering impactful building and infrastructure projects? We are seeking a dynamic professional to join a client-side construction firm based in Newcastle. About the Role : As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, management, and delivery of complex construction projects. Working closely on behalf of your clients with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities : Mix of planning, design, and construction phases of infrastructure and building projects. Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices. Drive project success through proactive problem-solving and leadership. Key Experience : A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Several years’ experience in planning and delivering commercial building and government infrastructure projects.
