About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager (client side or builder) to take the next step in their career or an experienced consultant; Architect, Engineer, QS to step into a Project Management career. You will involve in a diverse portfolio of medium to large-scale projects across both government and private sectors, giving you exposure to a variety of sectors and building typologies. Your role will be pivotal in managing stakeholders, mitigating risks, and driving projects to successful completion. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day project management across all phases, identifying and managing risks to ensure optimal outcomes. Oversee administrative processes, ensuring effective action plans, meeting documentation, and contractor communication. Chair meetings with Clients and Project Control Groups, maintaining strong stakeholder engagement. Manage project finances, including procurement, contract variations, and claims. Maintain accurate project records, ensuring compliance with company standards. Develop and implement solutions, analysing challenges and ensuring continuous improvement. Guide and support team members in problem-solving and stakeholder management. About You We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager (client side or builder) Architect, Engineer, or Consultant looking to get into a client-side project management role. What You Bring: 5+ years' experience in Project Management, Architecture, Construction, Building Services Engineering, or a related field. Strong understanding of building processes, phases, and contract types. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. Highly organized, detail-focused, and process-driven approach. Ability to drive project outcomes while managing competing priorities. Experience in risk management, resource allocation, and project execution.
