Our client is one of Melbourne's industry-leading specialists in luxury residential development. They have an enviable track record of award-winning developments over the past 20+ years. With a secure development pipeline, they are currently seeking a Project Manager to join their team to help drive the delivery of a landmark 250+ apartment development.The Role Working closely with the Senior Development Manager, this role will have responsibility for hands-on project management of a 250+ apartment development which is about to start construction early this year. This role will typically drive developments post-town planning through to settlement with a focus on high attention to detail and ensuring optimum quality.About You It is anticipated that successful candidates will have the following skillset & experience: Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Construction, Property or related field Proven track record in the recent delivery of residential developments on the Eastern seaboard Ability to demonstrate end-to-end management of developments from design to completion. Strong interpersonal skills and high level of emotional intelligence High attention to detail and passion for high-end residential development Ideally, you will have worked in a PM role for a developer previously but those from PM consultancy will also be considered.
