A Project Manager is sought by a busy Tier 2 Commercial Builder, to manage 2 upcoming projects in the commercial construction sector, worth $20 million combined.The Opportunity: Working for a busy Tier 2 Builder on commercial and government projects from $5 million to $30 million Managing 2 x commercial construction projects worth $20 million combined $220k to $240K package Immediate start Long term permanent opportunity Northern Sydney based Opportunity to work for an established builder with strong work pipeline The Company: An established Tier 2 Builder T/0 $180 million Reporting to a Construction Manager, managing a Site Manager, Foreman, CA and Cadet Focus on commercial, education and age care construction projects in the $5 - 40 million range Established client base, with full order book of work for 2025 35 years trading history Northern Sydney based You will have: A Construction Management Degree or similar Previous project management experience with Tier 2 Commercial Builder in Sydney Commercial construction experience on projects over $5 million is highly desirable MS Project experience sought, with Procore knowledge A steady career history and proven construction management background To apply for this role please email your resume in WORD DOC format to the APPLY NOW Button. #J-18808-Ljbffr
