About the Role TEN Recruitment is working with a well-established Perth-based commercial builder seeking a Project Manager to help establish and lead their new fitout division . This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional to take ownership of projects in education, medical, industrial, and community sectors , contributing to the company’s ongoing expansion. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the delivery of fitout and refurbishment projects from concept to completion. Manage project budgets, schedules, and procurement to ensure successful outcomes. Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring quality and efficiency. Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain strong relationships. Ensure OH&S compliance and best practices on all sites. Identify opportunities for business growth and division development. What You’ll Need: Proven experience managing fitout or refurbishment projects. Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and regulations. Ability to lead and build a high-performing team. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Perth-based experience and full Australian work rights.
