ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY You will join our team based in Brisbane, working on projects predominately within the SEQ region but potential for regional or interstate works. Deliver fuel infrastructure projects, from minor maintenance works to construction of new facilities. Manage project deliverables, procurement, subcontractors, with responsibility of general contract and financial management. Client engagement and communication throughout the delivery of projects. Conduct basic constructability reviews of drawings and specifications. Development of project plans, material approvals, preparation of purchase orders, provision of project budget and appropriate costing format, and the establishment of project record systems. General oversight of on-site teams, working with site managers/supervisors to achieve project objectives and maintaining profitability as a business unit. Communication and reporting to line manager, ensuring items of concern are raised early. Assistance in business development and tendering new works as required including subcontractor pricing, price build-ups, review of scopes, development of methodologies and tender documentation. ABOUT YOU Enviropacific is looking for a highly driven individual to continue to build on our Industrial, Government and Defence Fuel Infrastructure capabilities. You will be responsible for the professional oversight of the minor and major project works including minimising time constraints and maximising profit concurrent with maintaining good relationships, company safety standards, and ensuring quality control. Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management preferred. Minimum 5 years’ experience as project engineer or manager. Experience across civils, mechanical, electrical and controls desirable. Experience working with Fuel Facilities or Major Hazard Facilities. Defence experience advantageous. Ability to develop relationships with team members, clients and contractors to foster excellence in project delivery. Ability to work autonomously, high-level organisational skills, computer literacy, and written/verbal communication. Flexibility to work site hours, travel for work. Australian Working Rights.
