Role: The successful candidate will ideally have experience in delivering Machinery of Government (MoG) projects, including the establishment of contractual arrangements under Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs). Responsibilities: Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure the successful delivery of the project. Incorporate agile methodologies to allow for more flexibility and adaptability in project planning and execution, as well as coach and educate team members on agile practices. Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project success. Conduct thorough testing and validation of ICT systems before the cutover to identify and resolve any potential issues. Provide ongoing support post go-live for 3 months until project completion. Establish a dedicated support team to provide ongoing assistance and address any issues that arise post-go-live. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure the project remains on track. Implement a proactive risk management approach that includes regular risk assessments, risk mitigation strategies, and contingency planning. Skills: Project Management Expertise: Extensive experience in managing large-scale ICT or corporate operations projects, preferably within the government sector. Proficiency in using project management methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2, or PMBOK and project management tools such as Altus, MS Visio, or Miro. Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organisation. Experience in developing and implementing stakeholder engagement plans. Risk Management: Demonstrated experience in identifying, assessing, and managing project risks. Ability to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and manage a project team.
