We seek an experienced Project Manager – Mine Infrastructure to join our team and drive the successful delivery of a major and critical project. Role Overview As Project Manager – Mine Infrastructure, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of mine infrastructure for this major and critical project. You will manage the project lifecycle for this project’s stream (mine infrastructure), ensuring adherence to safety, quality, budget, and timeline requirements while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet operational objectives. Regular interstate travel will be required by the successful applicant. What you will do: Project planning and execution Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resources Lead the development and execution of the mine infrastructure SOW for this major and critical project, which may include feasibility studies, design, tenders, construction, and commissioning Develop scopes of work, reports, presentations, and other project-related documentation Stakeholder engagement (internal and external) Collaborate with regulatory authorities, engineering consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment with organisational goals Manage stakeholder expectations and communication Provide regular project updates and ensure clear communication of objectives and progress What you will bring: Technical leadership in mine infrastructure, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, environmental regulations, and safety requirements Ability to conduct technical reviews and provide engineering solutions to project challenges Experience preparing, negotiating, and managing tenders and contracts with vendors, consultants, and contractors Ability to monitor contractor performance ensuring delivery of work within agreed scope, quality, and timelines What you will need: A recognised degree or equivalent qualification or at least 15 years relevant experience Demonstrated experience managing large-scale mining or related resource projects Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
