About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful planning, execution and completion of IT and digital transformation projects. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and on budget while aligning with business objectives and quality standards. As an ideal candidate, you will bring 5+ years of project management expertise particularly in digital transformation initiatives for HR and workforce management systems. You’ll utilise your qualifications in PRINCE2, Scrum Master and Agile Project Management to effectively manage resources, risks and stakeholders across complex projects. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines ensuring resource alignment to meet project goals Work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope and deliverables that align with business requirements Proactively manage risks, interdependencies, and issues, applying mitigation strategies as needed Track project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders Lead evaluations and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in project delivery Work alongside technical teams to ensure system resilience, cybersecurity, data privacy, and infrastructure needs are met Lead cross-functional Agile teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment Essential Criteria: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, IT, Engineering or a related field At least 5+ years of experience managing IT and digital transformation projects from initiation to completion PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile or similar certifications preferred Extensive understanding of the Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC), Risk Management and Change Management within large complex projects Familiarity with cloud technologies, cybersecurity, data privacy, and system resilience Excellent written and verbal communication, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels Proven experience leading Agile teams, driving collaboration and innovation What’s in it for You?
