Job Description
We are seeking to fill one position for this role - to be based in Brisbane, Melbourne or Canberra This is a permanent role, and we are only seeking those with permanent residency or Australian citizenship. The Project Manager's role is to manage Hummingbird Projects and client implementations of Hummingbird’s PPM solutions, and all related project management tasks associated with the implementation project. The Project Manager also, post-implementation, will represent Hummingbird as the client’s customer care contact during the contract term, for ongoing support, enhancements, and additional changes to the platform. Responsibilities Perform project management work such as: Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings. Critical evaluation and updating of various documents associated with Project Management Plans. Monitoring of project costs, progress against schedule from the Project Management System. Task Management. Risk, Issue and Change Management. Project Reporting. Coordinate with the Hummingbird project and support teams for project activities and ensure project milestones are met. Ability to do product demonstrations where required. Work with client project management teams. Ongoing client contact and support (monthly meetings). Qualifications Experience At least 2+ years’ experience as a Project Coordinator / Project Manager / PM Analyst / Scheduler position. Skills/ Knowledge of: Administration support. Fast and accurate typing skills. Intermediate presentation and reporting skills. PPM Platform knowledge preferred but not essential. MS Project. Waterfall and Agile methodology. Understanding different methodology and frameworks. Coordinating workstream progress and risk reports. Solid appreciation/ understanding and an ability to navigate a multi-stakeholder environment.
