Project Manager – Commercial Fit Outs The Company $20m turnover business Specialise in fit out and refurbs – cafes, gyms, bars, restaurants, workplace, hostels, resi Great teams, great company, employees are well looked after, family feel Projects range between $3-6m Salary $160 - 180k + super DOE The Position – Project Manager Lead and manage multiple fit-out projects from concept to completion. Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies. Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies. Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines. Manage budgets and project resources effectively, identifying cost-saving opportunities. Lead site meetings, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Resolve any issues or delays efficiently, maintaining excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ensure all project documentation is maintained accurately and up to date. Foster a collaborative and positive working environment with all teams involved in the project.
