Job details Position status: Fixed Term Temporary Position type: Flexible full-time Occupational group: Project Management Classification: AO8 Workplace Location: Herston Job ad reference: QLD/CEQ616157 Closing date: 06-Feb-2025 Job duration: Fixed term temporary full time up to June 2025 You will be responsible for the successful management and delivery of clinical, digital and ICT-enabled projects to be delivered under the Mental Health Alcohol and Other Drugs Healthcare Digital Information Strategy 2022-2027 (the Strategy) and further defined in the Digital Transformation Business Case. The successful person You will have: Demonstrable experience in successfully managing complex and large-scale projects. Expertise in applying established project management methodologies and providing advice on the use of appropriate project management techniques and tools. Well-developed leadership and management skills, and experience in building and sustaining high profile multi-disciplinary project teams to achieve high quality project outcomes. Highly developed communication and interpersonal competence, including resilience and a proven ability to lead negotiations, resolve conflict and positively influence and motivate others in a significant environment of reform and change. Ability to identify and drive process improvement by using evidence to demonstrate the need for change, as well as the being able to communicate how change may be enacted. Proven issue identification, analytical and research skills, problem solving skills and a demonstrated ability to develop innovative, sensitive and practical solutions and provide expert strategic advice to complex issues.
