Job Description
CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects in Katherine, NT . This role requires strong leadership, project management expertise, and the ability to drive successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end delivery of commercial construction projects from inception to completion Ensure projects are delivered within scope, time, quality, budget, and safety parameters Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring clear communication and guidance Manage budgets, cost control, and reporting to achieve financial objectives Ensure compliance with HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) requirements Oversee technically complex projects ranging from $1M to $20M Utilise MS Project and MS Office Suite for project management tasks Our Ideal Candidate: Degree-qualified in Construction Management or a related field Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the construction industry Proven ability to manage projects valued at $5M or more Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and manage subcontractors Excellent problem-solving abilities and commercial acumen Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office Suite Australian Citizenship required Experience with Defence projects is advantageous but not essential Willingness to travel regularly to Tindal with overnight stays To Apply: If this is a position you could see yourself in please click APPLY , or get in touch with Bec Thorn from CELOTTI WORKFORCE on 07 3608 5486, or send your resume to .
