What you will be doing in this role In this role you’ll lead and manage initiatives that drive lasting change and improvement. This role will be crucial in aligning transformation projects with our mission to streamline operations and maximise value. You’ll take ownership of critical transformation projects that redefine the way we work. You will work with cross-functional teams, driving initiatives that improve business efficiency, optimise processes, and enable the delivery of innovative solutions that align with our strategic goals. Specifically, you’ll: Lead change and improvement projects across various clinical and operational areas. Support project governance, management, and reporting to manage risks. Help develop a streamlined PMO reporting structure that provides clear insights for stakeholders. Mentor and guide teams, identifying skills or capacity gaps and recommending solutions to ensure projects are delivered on time and smoothly integrated into daily operations. Who we’re looking for To excel in this role, you’ll have a strong understanding of hospital operations along with significant experience in delivering and implementing projects, leading front-line healthcare teams, managing change, clinical re-design and/or driving continuous improvement within a hospital environment. You’ll consistently deliver key results by providing effective leadership and oversight, as well as fostering individual skill development and competency growth. You’ll be agile and adaptable, swiftly adjusting project plans and methodologies to meet the evolving demands of the private healthcare environment, patient needs, and organisational priorities. You’ll drive financial performance by managing project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency, and meeting financial targets set by the AHCL Board and Executive Team. You’ll cultivate and nurture strong, positive relationships with diverse stakeholders including senior leaders, clinicians, and staff.
