We now have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and forward-thinking Curriculum Transformation Project Officer to join our team at the College of Medicine and Dentistry based in Townsville. ABOUT THE ROLE In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in the redesign and implementation of our cutting-edge curriculum, ensuring our programs remain at the forefront of innovation and excellence. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of academics, clinicians, and educational experts to develop and execute a comprehensive curriculum transformation strategy. You will: Facilitate stakeholder engagement and consultation processes to gather insights and feedback from students, faculty, and industry partners. Ensure compliance with relevant accreditation standards and regulatory requirements. Provide project management support, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and foster a collaborative learning environment. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE With proven experience in curriculum development, project management, and change management within the higher education sector, you bring exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with a solutions-oriented mindset to navigate complex challenges and drive successful outcomes. Your knowledge of teaching and learning support, including expertise in digital media, learning management systems, and other delivery tools, enables you to enhance educational experiences. Additionally, your ability to develop and support digital learning environments, coupled with strong problem-solving skills across multiple digital platforms, ensures effective and innovative learning solutions.
