About the Role Join the CFA today as a Project Manager and take the lead in ensuring the successful delivery of Land and Building Services VESEP Minor Works projects! With your relative project management expertise, you will work closely with senior management and key stakeholders to ensure that all projects are completed within the allocated timeframes and budget. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project and ensuring compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements. In this role, you will monitor project governance, planning, and implementation. This role is part of a small project team responsible for the successful delivery of minor works projects and you will provide expert advice to the team. With your excellent communication skills, you will establish and maintain clear lines of communication with stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is up to date on project progress and any potential risks. About You Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Experience in managing and coordinating multiple and/or complex building projects and an understanding of project management methodologies High level written and verbal communication skills Proven leadership skills with the ability to obtain effective cooperation and contribution from stakeholders Proven ability to negotiate and deliver agreed outcomes Ability to effectively manage financial resources Experience working within a volunteer environment will be highly regarded Tertiary qualifications in project management or equivalent will be highly regarded A trade qualification or experience in the construction industry will be highly regarded This role will require some State-wide travel with work outside normal business hours. A vehicle will be provided in these instances.
