Project Manager and Assessor - Insurance Construction This mid-sized, growing insurance repair builder, with an established presence across 4 states, has an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager & Assessor to join their growing Port Macquarie based team. ABOUT THE COMPANY This insurance repair builder is a forward-thinking and well-structured business, with a large network of trades in the area, a strong administrative support team, and modernised systems and procedures in place. They currently operate under multiple insurance panels. This company cares about providing a positive and social working culture where individuals can develop and grow long-term with the company, and as such have excellent staff retention. ABOUT THE ROLE You will be assessing and project managing a variety of insurance repair building projects across the Port Macquarie, Taree, and Forster region. You will have flexibility to work on the road as required, as well as having ample support from our various office teams. This is a full-time, permanent position. Above industry average salary package, performance-based salary reviews + fully maintained vehicle provided. ABOUT YOU Must have at least 2 years experience project managing and assessing within the insurance repair building space in Australia. Computer confident - able to use a tablet, laptop, Microsoft Projects and able to pick up new systems quickly. Trade Certificate, Cert IV Building & Construction or higher qualification highly advantageous. Well-presented and professional - ability to deal well with customers and trades.
