Elevate your career with us!Your new role I am seeking experienced senior defence personnel to join our Maritime Defence project. As a Program Manager, you will oversee end-to-end program management, ensuring successful project delivery. Your role will involve delivering customer-centric solutions and managing a diverse team to achieve contract delivery within budget, schedule, and performance goals.Responsibilities Key stakeholder engagement working alongside the Navy, CASG and the wider defence business Collaborate closely and efficiently with functional teams for efficient project delivery. Effectively manage stakeholders and communications. Foster internal customer relationships by exceeding expectations in product and service delivery. Prepare, monitor, and manage project schedules, budgets, and risks/opportunities. Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers, partners, and subcontractors. What you'll need to succeed Engineering degree or relevant NV1 Clearance or ability to obtain (Australian Citizen) Familiarity with Defence or Naval engineering systems Strong understanding of contracted requirements, technical specifications, and functional standards Skilled at navigating complexity and ambiguity to make effective commercial and financial decisions Ideally, familiarity with ASDEFCON Complex/Strategic Contracting Framework What you'll get in return Competitive salary with bonus and health insurance.
