About the Role Our business is going from strength to strength and we’re seeking additional administration support for the CPM Civil business. CPM Civil is a specialist civil contractor delivering road and bridge construction projects throughout South East QLD.You’ll be working in a close-knit team of experienced professionals reporting to the Corporate Services General Manager and your key responsibilities will be: Data entry and processing invoices and dockets Matching dockets and on-site paperwork, resolving any discrepancies Managing and actioning on-site paperwork – weekly safety checklists, daily prestart checks, weekly environmental checklists and hazards Follow-up on missing onsite forms and checklists Following up on missing or outstanding purchase orders Provide general administration support to the Project Teams which includes the Engineers and site crews Maintaining reports, schedules and identifying trends Update and maintain the library of administration procedures Ensure the follow-up and closing out of tasks are completed Support the wider team with tender submissions and marketing materials Provide general administration support to the Corporate Services GM and Senior Management Team Skills | Experience Have 2 + years in an administrative role Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Have high attention to detail and critical thinking skills The ability to work independently Manage multiple stakeholders The ability to think critically and solve problems Soft Skills Be a proactive self-starter Team player – the admin team all share the load and support each other Be down to earth and enjoy working in a busy environment We’re happy to consider recent graduates with a go-getter attitude and willingness to learn.
