Details : The Business Transformation and Systems team at the Community Services Directorate (CSD) is inviting expressions of interest (EOI) from highly organized individuals who are eager to make a positive impact on our services and enhance client experiences. If you thrive in challenging roles and are keen to develop your project management, process analysis, and technical skills, this position is perfect for you.This role will support the Business Transformation Team in delivering IT projects that advance CSD's digital agenda. You will engage in all aspects of project delivery, including business process analysis, process mapping, identifying improvement areas, and managing projects and change. You will work closely with service areas to identify operational challenges and recommend enhancements to improve outcomes. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in the design and build process, seeing your ideas come to fruition.You will join a motivated team with plenty of opportunities to learn new concepts, methods, and techniques. This position is available to ACT Government officers and employees only. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only. A merit pool or merit list will be established from this selection process and may be used to fill short term vacancies (of less than 6 months), over the next 12 months.
