About the Position IMPACT Community Services is seeking a Project Officer, Place & Partnerships to join our team, with one position available in Bundaberg and one in Hervey Bay . In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in establishing a new hub that provides multi-disciplinary care for children, youth, and families . Your responsibilities will include coordinating with stakeholders, developing community programs, and ensuring services are tailored to meet local needs. This role is an opportunity to drive real change in the lives of vulnerable community members. To make a difference in this role, you will have experience in the following: Developing and implementing community-focused programs that support children, youth, and families. Building and maintaining strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including service providers and community groups. Project management experience , ensuring initiatives are delivered efficiently and effectively. Strong problem-solving and communication skills , enabling collaboration across diverse sectors.
