Project Quality Engineer (18 months contract) As a Project Quality Engineer, you will ensure customer requirements are respected throughout project execution. Your responsibilities will include: Interpreting customer's QA/QC requirements and negotiating aligned solutions. Ensuring quotes, orders, and documentation submitted meet applicable codes and standards (API-PED-Norsok-customer specifications). Identifying and managing quality, contractual, and codes risk exposures. Establishing QA/QC documentation at the time of quote and execution (QP, ITPs, etc.). Following up with QA/QC department and/or vendors to ensure requirements are met. Working closely with Project Manager(s) and the procurement function. Being the focal point of contact for customers and vendors during project execution. Participating in QA meetings with customers and customer reception/inspection of equipment at vendors or TechnipFMC locations. Assisting in managing concession request resolution and enabling future prevention. Providing support and expertise on QA/QC to the project group during quote and order entry processes. Coordinating customer audits and inspections mandated by the customer. Ensuring consistency between vendors and customer document lists. You are meant for this job if you have: A BS Degree in Engineering or QA/QC (or equivalent). A minimum of five years of work experience in Engineering or QC department, ideally in an EPC company working on Subsea or Surface systems or at least in the Petroleum Sector. Flexibility and autonomy to adapt to variable workload. Demonstrated interpersonal, negotiating, writing, and presentation skills to effectively communicate with internal and external contacts. Some understanding of internal economic factors (cost, margins, profit impact of decisions) affecting assignment areas. Proficiency in CAD and Database systems related to Engineering and QA/QC functions, along with PC skills in word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, project, and Internet access software. Evidence of good organization and project planning skills. Skills or qualifications in QC areas such as welding or NDT are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
