Our Client: One of Sydney's most prominent property groups is keen to appoint a Project Sales Associate to join their team, due to new & exciting projects hitting Sydney's CBD/East. With excellent commissions on offer within a busy team, you will report directly to the Director and will be well rewarded for your achievements. Find your feet within this fast paced and rapidly growing company and achieve the potential you have been destined to fulfill!!! The Role: Attending appraisals with the Director and solo once Database Management Buyer liaison, enquiry and management Attend and conduct open for inspections for the display suites & apartments Service buyers from initial enquiry to exchange to settlement Follow up, call backs, correspondence with buyers. Negotiate and close deals on off the plan sales The Candidate: Ideally you will have some Real Estate experience in Leasing and / Sales Stable working history is essential Initiative, High self-motivation and drive Current Certificate of Registration/Real Estate License Current Driver's License and own car Must be energetic, polished and hardworking Most importantly, we are looking for someone that is eager to build a successful Sales career in project sales.
