Exceptional opportunity to join Western Australia’s leading land lease development group within an established and dynamic, growing team in a significant growth phase. Providence Lifestyle Group (PLG) has an establishment portfolio of land lease projects in development phase and a significant pipeline underpinning an exciting growth trajectory. Due to business growth, a new role is being created to support the Head of Development across all development functions with a focus on project management and analytical support. Flexible working arrangements are possible within a multi-location and outcomes focused business. The Role The role will have a strong analytical focus on project modelling to support the Head of Development including: Develop and maintain robust project financial models to monitor performance against budgets. Preparation of monthly project reports under guidance from the Head of Development for the board and external stakeholders. Preparation of materials to support debt and equity relationships. Research, analysis and review of new project opportunities. Support the Head of Development in acquisition due diligence and project delivery. About You We’re looking for someone who is: Formal qualifications in commerce, property development or real estate asset management. At least 3-4 years’ experience in the property development, construction, or real estate asset management. Strong analytical and numerical skills including the development of financial models. Demonstrated delivery of data analysis and reporting that supports property initiatives. Proficiency in accounting systems including MYOB, and proficient accounting knowledge. Skilled in managing stakeholder relationships and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
