The role: We have a great opportunity for a motivated and passionate candidate to join our Melbourne Industrial Investment & Sales team as a Property Analyst. This role will foster your development in the property industry, keep you abreast of market activity and give you scope to really take ownership and make it your own. You will provide support to our team of sales & leasing operatives with a focus on property leasing and sales analysis including database management, and sourcing & analysing information from a range of channels, to assisting with the coordination of submissions and campaigns; you can be sure no two days will be the same! Through these interactions, you’ll acquire invaluable experiences working alongside real estate professionals and gaining insights on the different service lines at Knight Frank.” Vanessa Azzi, Property Analyst (Office Leasing) Key responsibilities: Effective management of our client database Conducting research, financial analysis, market analysis, and other tasks as required to assist the transaction process Collect, collate and distribute Income and Projection reports Assisting with the coordination of sales campaigns including preparation of marketing material, reports and presentations Attending client meetings and site visits, taking minutes and action points Maintaining online advertisements Very good written skills, focusing on working with team members and helping write submissions and marketing collateral. Friendly and personable, ability to work in well with the team. Who are we looking for? Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property or Finance or Valuations (desirable) Some knowledge of the commercial property industry. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Critical thinking and willingness to challenge existing ideas. Client focused. Exceptional written communication and presentation skills. Not the perfect fit?
