Properties all within close proximity to the office. Tidy portfolio of 120 properties with support. Out of office support + Virtual Assistant support Cloud-based software used. Quarterly team events. Loads of support. Company cars during office hours. Management are dedicated to keeping stress levels at a minimum. Monday to Friday only, no weekend work! $75k - $80k + super! The Requirements At least 2 years experience as a Property Manager. Must have current QLD Certificate of Registration. Driver's license. Excellent time management and conflict resolution skills.
