With a local based portfolio and plenty of training and development, your day to day responsibilities will include: Assist the Property Management team with all relative administration Answering phone calls & directing them to the relevant people Ensuring the front of office is maintained and kept at a high standard Assist in preparing lease documents & lease sign ups Training to become a Property Manager The Candidate: Minimal experience required Be open to obtaining or already hold a QLD Certificate of Registration & Driver's License Exceptional organisational and time management skills A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Must be immaculately presented Must be energetic & have a can-do attitude!
