About the role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to join our residential property management team at North GC Realty. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of residential properties in the Northern Gold Coast area. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our rental properties, providing exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants. What you'll be doing Effectively manage a portfolio of residential rental properties including processing rental applications, organising property inspections, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and providing excellent customer service to tenants and landlords. Ensure timely rent collection and arrears management. Conduct regular property inspections using provided iPad & software. Coordinate tradespeople and vendors to complete maintenance and improvement work on properties. Advise landlords on market trends, rental appraisals, and strategies to optimise property performance. Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant legislation and ensure compliance with all tenancy laws and regulations. What we're looking for Minimum 1 years' experience as a property manager in the residential real estate sector. Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively. Thorough knowledge of residential tenancy legislation and property management best practices. Proficient in using property management software and MS Office applications.
