Khoury Parramatta, New South Wales, Australia Residential Property Manager An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Residential Property Manager to join this leading real estate firm specializing in residential, commercial, and retail property management and leasing. We are looking for pro-active, reliable, and mature-minded individuals with a passion for real estate. A high attention to detail, efficiency, strong communication skills, and professionalism are all paramount in this role. You will be responsible for all aspects of the portfolio including: Oversee a residential property portfolio, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants. Coordinate inspections, screen tenants, and prepare leasing agreements. Monitor and manage rental arrears effectively. Attend & prepare NCAT. Organise and follow up on property maintenance and repairs. Manage lease renewals and rent reviews in line with current market conditions. Ensure properties adhere to relevant legislation and regulatory requirements. You will be working Monday - Friday, parking provided, modern state of art office. The successful candidate will have: At least one to two years experience in a Property Management role. A valid Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Licence (essential). Your own reliable car and valid driver's licence. Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Property Tree, REST, or RE-LEASED). Excellent time management with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
