Property Management You will be responsible for multiple elements and the “hands-on” side of Property Management. Whilst there is an administrative and financial management function to perform as part of the role, your primary focus is all about relationships and communication, delivering “wow” service and quick wins. We have a local portfolio you will be managing, mostly in the near vicinity of our Byron Bay office. The portfolio includes commercial offices, mixed-use properties, residential apartments, and industrial units. We do not offer residential property management for houses (and there's a good reason why!). Win new business / managements Key contact for tenants and owners Coordination of repairs and maintenance Incoming, outgoing, and routine inspections Financial administration and liaising with administration support Documentation and reports General administration as required Sales & Leasing The thrill of the deal is one of the great parts of this job! You will be fed existing listings for sale and lease, as well as the consistent stream of new listings as owners and tenants turnover within our portfolio. You will also have the backing of an established agency to go and get new listings to grow your opportunities (and commissions!). We offer a great level of marketing and management support to help you win listings and do deals. Prospecting, meetings & proposals for new listings Agency agreements Marketing coordination (with Marketing team) Maintaining database and pipeline Inspections with prospective buyers / tenants Stakeholder communications Documentation To be successful in this role you ideally will be: Currently or previously a Property Manager, Facilities Manager, Maintenance or Operations Manager, Real Estate Agent, or similar. A Real Estate assistant or administration professional looking to take that step up. Someone with exceptional communication and organizational skills with a track record of outstanding client service and a strong desire for a career in Real Estate. You must have: The ability to communicate with others and work autonomously or in a team environment. Computer and financial reporting literacy. A passion for property and a desire for a long-term career in real estate. Ability to multitask and prioritize. A current driver's license and reliable vehicle. Existing Real Estate License / NSW Certificate or Registration or commitment to immediately undertake required education and certification. Remuneration is negotiable based on skills and experience. It will be structured around a base salary, allowances, plus an attractive and uncapped commission structure.
