Our services include: Sales & Leasing Comprehensive Property Management Services inclusive of Industrial Warehouses, Factories, Retail Shops, Office Space, and Multi-Tenanted Buildings. Development Projects Valuations We are growing our team of passionate, professional Commercial Property Managers, and we have an exciting opportunity for someone to join us. If you have previous residential or commercial property management experience and a desire to succeed, this is the perfect role for you. Reporting to the Group Property Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include: Tenant and Landlord liaison Negotiating and preparing Lease renewals Management and implementation of rent reviews & outgoings reconciliations Market reviews Arrears control Overseeing and assisting with repairs and maintenance Site inspections Statutory Compliance Preferred Skills & Experience: 2+ years' experience in either Residential, Commercial, or Industrial real estate A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to follow workflows and processes, and provide input for potential improvements Exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of the role Reliability, punctuality, and self-motivation Time management and organisational skills Unrestricted NSW Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle Knowledge of the CIRRUS8 program Commercial/Industrial Property Management experience Closing date: Friday 7th March 2025 at 5pm Please provide a current resume and a one-page cover letter addressing the essential criteria and why you are interested in this role and what you can bring to our team.
