What to know about this role As a Property Manager, you’ll oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties. You will: Complete day to day management of residential properties, ensuring compliance with legislation and providing outstanding client service. Liaising with owners, building rapport and relationships. Handling maintenance, and tenant communications. Leveraging our support including a dedicated leasing agent and overseeing the conduct of inspections with the support of dedicated inspections managers. Working closely with our business development team members to onboard new managements. Providing mentorship and guidance to junior property managers and assistants. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with tenants, and contractors. Leveraging cutting-edge technology to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction. Collaborating with a team of industry experts to deliver exceptional outcomes. What You’ll Need: At least 1–5 years of property management experience. A current WA Property Management registration and driver’s license. Exceptional communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of WA tenancy laws and regulations.
