Our client is seeking a Property & Leasing Manager to join their property management and development business. With a collaborative and supportive culture, the company prioritises professional growth and personal development.About the Role: Reporting to the GM, your key responsibilities will include: Overseeing leasing, tenant relationships, and property maintenance. Preparing rent reports, invoices, and asset management plans. Managing external property managers and consultants. Identifying and executing strategies to increase revenues and asset value.
