This is an exciting opportunity for a Proposals & Marketing Coordinator to take ownership of bid submissions while contributing to the studio’s marketing efforts. With a strong reputation for delivering high-profile projects, this studio offers a flexible and collaborative environment that values professional development. The Role Your primary focus will be on managing and delivering high-quality proposals and tenders, ensuring deadlines are met and submissions align with brand standards. Additionally, you’ll contribute to marketing initiatives that support business development and client engagement. Key responsibilities include: Leading and coordinating proposals across various project types. Ensuring all bid documentation is accurate, visually compelling, and compliant. Collaborating with internal teams to develop strong, competitive submissions. Maintaining and improving proposal templates and marketing materials. Supporting studio-wide marketing initiatives, including content creation and social media. The Ideal Candidate To succeed in this role, you’ll need at least 3 years of local experience in proposals and bid coordination within architecture, construction, or another related industry. Additionally, you’ll bring: A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Journalism, Professional Writing, or other relevant degree. Proficiency in InDesign, Canva, and Microsoft Suite. Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail. The ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. A confident, proactive approach to improving processes.
