The role you’ll contribute: The Provider Compensation Manager will perform a variety of administrative and project related functions in order to assist the Program Director of Provider Compensation with the development and implementation of Provider Compensation initiatives, physician salary administration, special projects, and tracking of Provider Compensation arrangements. The individual will also be a resource to leadership in reviewing all aspects of provider compensation throughout the medical group. The value you’ll bring to the team: Manages the Medical Directorship payment process and ensures payments are distributed according to the contract. Leads the monthly review of all Provider Compensation Special Payments and Administrative Pay. Develops and documents procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Provides oversight of the review, monitoring, and maintenance of the AHMG Physician Deficit Process with leadership. The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or a business-related field 1 year of experience in provider compensation and/or 5 years healthcare industry experience Preferred qualifications: Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or a business-related field Experience in the healthcare industry Finance/Accounting environment MGMA ACMPE certified This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
