Run the day-to-day operations with a hands-on approach. Keep an eye on financials, rostering, and stock control – the behind-the-scenes magic that makes it all work. Build great connections with our customers and community and create a space where staff love coming to work. Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations, Responsible Service of Alcohol, and Responsible Conduct of Gambling. Know you have a team behind you, helping handle gaming, function and event sales, marketing, HR, and operational compliance. The right fit will... Bring hospitality management experience (2+ years), having worked across gaming, functions, dining and bar. Have that hospitality agility to find solutions and adapt to business needs quickly. Bring energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it! Have a knack for making folks feel right at home the second they walk in, whether you're chatting with regulars, welcoming newcomers, or rallying the team.
